Sale of dehydrated fodder 

At FODECORT, S.A., we are specialized in the manufacture and sale of dehydrated forage. Our products are presented in bales or bales of.40 (l) x 0.80 (h) x 1.10 (a) meters, tied with rope, with an approximate weight of 800 kg/bale for alfalfa and other forages and 650 kg/bale for cereal straw.

We have extensive experience in the sector of manufacturing and selling dehydrated forage, for this reason we know it in depth and the needs of our customers. 

We recommend storing our products away from the sun, in a dry place, preferably indoors, and that they be consumed within a period of less than two years from their manufacture. The following are the products and services that we can offer you:

  • Humidity < 12%.
  • Crude protein 18%.
  • Gross fiber 23%.

Second quality

Vegetable protein dedicated exclusively to animal feed. Especially recommended for dairy cattle, since it significantly improves their quality.

  • Fiber 65-70% chopped alfalfa.
  • Absence of foreign matter.
  • Somewhat faded green.
  • Characteristic, soft, pleasant and fresh smell.
  • Humidity < 12%.
  • Crude protein 16%.
  • Gross fiber 23%.
  • Free of heavy metals, dioxins and GMOs.
  • It does not contain additives or preservatives.

Third quality

 Especially recommended for heifers and other ruminants.

  • Fiber >50% chopped alfalfa.
  • May contain fine grasses >35%, presence of broadleaf grass, seed <50%.
  • Yellowish green or brown color.
  • Typical hay smell, sometimes a little fermented if it has endured rain.
  • Humidity < 12%.
  • Crude protein 14%.
  • Gross fiber 23%.
  • Free of heavy metals, dioxins and GMOs.
  • It does not contain additives or preservatives.

  • Unique Quality : especially recommended for heifers and other ruminants.
